What we collect

Contact details (name, email, phone), delivery/pickup addresses, rental details, and communications with us. Payment card data is collected and stored by Stripe — it never touches our website.

How we get it

Booking and contact forms run on our GoHighLevel system; calls and texts to (772) 320-5737 run through the same system.

What we use it for

Running your rental (delivery, pickup, extensions, charges you’ve authorized), service messages, and — only with your contact on file as a customer or inquiry — occasional marketing about The Tote Goat. Reply STOP to texts or use the unsubscribe link in emails to opt out of marketing.

What we never do

We never sell your information. Ever. We share it only with the processors who run the service (GoHighLevel, Stripe, Google) and when the law requires it.

Cookies and analytics

This site may use Google Analytics cookies to understand traffic; no advertising trackers in this version.

Your choices

Ask us what we hold, correct it, or delete it (subject to records we must keep for completed rentals and disputes) at thetotegoatfl@gmail.com or (772) 320-5737.

Retention

Rental records are kept as long as needed for accounting, disputes, and repeat-customer service.
