How the money works
- Standard rental term: 2 weeks. Every package includes label stickers and a free marker.
- Totes arrive clean and sanitized, and are cleaned and sanitized again after pickup. Cleaning is always free.
- Extensions: one extra week at a time at your package’s additional-week rate, self-serve from Manage My Rental.
- If pickup isn’t scheduled, you get a 48-hour grace period (one free reschedule), then the rental auto-extends week-to-week at the additional-week rate.
- A card on file is required for every rental. Authorization hold only — no separate deposit charge.
- Early pickup is welcome; there is no refund for unused time.
- Missed pickup (totes not ready or accessible): $35 redelivery fee.
- Cancellation: free until 48 hours before scheduled delivery; $50 inside 48 hours.
- Delivery and pickup are unattended by default. Stairs and long carries are included.
