How does tote rental work?
Pick a package, we deliver the totes, you pack, and we pick them up when you’re done. Every rental includes label stickers and a free marker.
Where do you deliver?
Martin, St. Lucie, and Indian River counties. The Kid is pickup-only; The Billy, The Herd, and The G.O.A.T. include delivery and pickup.
Do I need to be home for delivery or pickup?
No. Unattended delivery and pickup are the default — just tell us where to leave and collect the totes.
How long do I get the totes?
The standard term is 2 weeks. You can extend by the week any time from Manage My Rental.
What if I need more time?
Add a week self-serve from Manage My Rental. After a 48-hour grace period, the rental auto-extends at your package’s weekly rate until pickup is completed.
